When you are in the New York area come in and visit our Factory Showroom and Design Center and view all the lighting and lamp products we offer on line. Many of these items are from Tiffany’s original designs and the reproductions are accurate replicas of Louis Comfort Tiffany original works of lighting art.

All lamps and lighting fixtures are UL listed and bear a UL label.

*Free shipping on all UPS or FEDEX Ground orders (over $100.00) to the lower 48 continental US states. Shipping on orders below $100 costs 20% of the order total.

We are open 9 – 6 EST weekdays and 10-3 Saturdays or leave a message on our 24 hour, 7 day a week voice mail.

For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico please contact us for shipping rates.

We normally ship within 2 – 4 days from the time your order is received.

Full insurance is included on all shipments at no charge to you.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

LIGHTING PRODUCTS ARE FRAGILE- SO PLEASE BE SURE OF YOUR PURCHASE The packaging of all our products has been carefully engineered. If you elect to return your purchase to us, all merchandise needs to be in it’s original packaging. It is the customers responsibility to package the product so it does not sustain damage in shipping.

PLEASE CONTACT US BY PHONE OR EMAIL BEFORE RETURNING ANY MERCHANDISE. Customers need to obtain a RGA number to return any merchandise. All merchandise returned without a Return Authorization Number will be refused.

IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY FOR FREIGHT CHARGES ON RETURNED MERCHANDISE. The customer is responsible for any damages, which may occur to a return item.

A 20% restocking charge will be deducted from any return or exchange item.

Please be careful packaging your return. If you require any additional packaging material or advice we will take care of that at no charge. It is the customer’s responsibility to use the original packaging material and or Box for any return. We will NOT accept any merchandise NOT returned in the Original Box or Packaging material. Please insure your return with your shipper for full value.

Our policy is that a item returned by the customer must be insured. All returns must be shipped to Lamps, Lighting & Design, Inc. 221 Hyman Avenue, West Islip, NY 11795. The insurance benefit is to be in the customer's favor. Any damage claims for return items are to be filed by the customer, with the insurance benefit to be the customer's.
