Hanging Lamps
When floor space in a room becomes too bothersome, sometimes the best thing to do is to hang the light source from the ceiling and give up on the idea of floor or table lamps. It saves space, and creates a unique glow to the room. Different hanging lamps exist in different styles and colors for you to choose from, especially when you are looking through Tiffany designs in particular.
The number of hanging lamps can vary, depending on the size of the room and the particular areas that need to be illuminated. Try a simple hanging lamp, perhaps in the form of a bell, above the kitchen table to provide light for morning and late-night snacking. Or, for the dining room, a delicate Candelabrum provides light spanning several seating areas, in case a Thanksgiving dinner or large party is planned.
Enter a distinguished hotel, and no doubt there will exist hanging lamps in all corners of the building. They might be above the concierge as you check in for the night, above the dining room tables and ballroom dance floor for a classy look. And let's not forget above the tables in the rooms where you write letters back home.
For any business, hanging lamps can provide light and a comforting feel, as well as clearing space for shelves, desks, tables, and other furniture necessary for business. Find the right area you want to hang a light over, and make sure headroom and the ability to change bulbs can be easily taken care of. They are a great supplement to a business in both form and function, and can save you time and money in the long run.
